Brush: This time of the year brush pick up is at the convenience of the DPW due to summer mowing, park maintenance etc. Please be patient or call the village hall to arrange drop off.

Sidewalks:
   Please take a stroll around the village. Over the last several years we have completed an extensive sidewalk program connecting most most of the village..  We are also still anticipating to continue sidewalks south to Dobbin Lane at a point in the future.

Drainage: 2006 and 2007
The drainage project on the north side of Main Street has gone well.  The project has eliminated  a great deal of setting water. We have been asked to consider areas with setting water by the county due to the West Nile Virus problem .  We had some setbacks in 2006 due to two large projects and the extremely wet spring and  summer. We anticipate  to continue  to the East up to Sand Bank Road in 2007 with an inter-municipal aggrement with the Town of Elbridge. This will be a shared labor/equipment project.  Each year we are trying to undertake a major drainage project that has caused problems in the village. Please be patient as this is work in progress.

Paving: 2006 and 2007

We completed a major road re-construction in 2006.   Athens Ave, was redone , road shoulders ground out with a new base installed and paving a top coat to finish the road along with drainage on various parts of the roadway. Paving was also completed at the Elbridge Fire Dept.  completing the parking area around the building along with replacing defective outdated drainage.  We have been fortunate to receive monies to accomplish this without borrowing money. The parking lot west of the Village Hall is a possibility for 2007.  It has been a gravel parking area up to now. Over the next few years we will be repairing and resurfacing many of the roads in the village. We will notify each area when the project is scheduled after a complete assessment is made.
